Cookies, Shrimp & Coffee at 10PM

Cookies:
For years, I was not too fond of sweets, candy, or cookies, I used to shun them. But this year of 2023 and this week of 3/12/23-3/18/23, I made my way down the aisles walking fast; faces passed and cookie bound.
I haven’t written about my eating journey, but I struggled with eating/undereating for over a year or two. I started making progress in the last few months of 2022. Working out is essential for me in my eating journey. Since returning to the gym, I have had an appetite. I even had goals to gain weight and went through two tubs of weight-gainer protein and gained about 3 lbs or so. I have come a long way since having reminders on my phone, “eat breakfast,” “eat lunch,” and “eat dinner.”

Shrimp:
On another note, I’ve eaten shrimp for the last three days. I am talking just shrimp, air fried and seasoned well, but just a bowl of shrimp.

Coffee at 10PM:
It may be safe to say that the time change is affecting me. This week, I have been a little more energized after 9PM and have been staying awake long enough to have some quiet time. The coffee (along with the cookies and shrimp, lol) is soothing. I kid you not, I will go right to sleep after drinking the coffee.
